Refund & Exchange Policy
At Fashioness, we want you to love every piece you order. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges on eligible items.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Refunds
Eligible items may be returned for a refund within 7 days of delivery.
Store Credit & Exchanges
Eligible items may be returned for store credit, size exchanges, or item exchanges within 14 days of delivery. We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or a different item (with the same value), subject to availability. If your requested exchange item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.
Returned items must be:

Unwashed

In original condition

Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, stains, or other signs of wear
Any items sent back that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the customer. Customers may return eligible items for any reason within the applicable return window.
We will not accept returns received more than 14 days after delivery. No exceptions. If a return package is received outside the 14-day exchange/store credit window, it will be declined and returned to the sender.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Fashioness will provide a prepaid return label.
Please only use USPS, UPS, or your country's postal service when returning items. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Fashioness is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
For International orders, customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes associated with sending a return back to us. If a return package is sent with unpaid customs or duties, the package will be refused by our warehouse and automatically returned to the sender by the courier.
BRACKETING & EXCESSIVE RETURNS
To protect our business from misuse, Fashioness reserves the right to limit, refuse, or close return privileges for customers demonstrating unusual return activity, including:

Excessive bracketing (purchasing multiple sizes with the intent to return most items)

Bulk sizing purchases intended primarily for return

Repeated high-volume returns

Abuse of our return policy
