Collaboration Usage Rights

FASHIONESS CREATOR COLLABORATION & USAGE RIGHTS

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Fitness Fashioness LLC (“Brand”) and the undersigned creator (“Creator”) for a one-time collaboration. The goal is to outline how we’ll work together to create amazing content, and how Fashioness may use that content to inspire women to look good and feel confident.

Terms of Collaboration

1. Collaboration Overview
   This is a one-time collaboration where the Creator will receive a free Fashioness outfit in exchange for creating advertising content. You’ll get to pick your favorite outfit from our curated catalog of best-sellers. If everything goes well, we’d love to continue collaborating on future campaigns.

2. Content Requirements & Approval
   All content must follow the creative brief provided by Fashioness, and the Creator agrees to wear the full Fashioness outfit in the submitted content. The content must be full-quality video suitable for marketing and advertising purposes. All content must be submitted to Fashioness for approval before posting, and after receiving the PR package, the Creator will have 14 days to finalize and submit the video.

3. Marketing Exposure
   Once approved, your content will be promoted across Fashioness’ marketing channels, including TikTok and Instagram, with estimated 75K+ reach and 100K+ impressions per day. Your personal brand will also gain visibility as we invest thousands of dollars per day promoting multiple creators, styles, and campaigns.

4. Usage Rights
   By participating, you grant Fashioness the right to use your content in perpetuity for marketing and advertising purposes. This includes editing, cropping, adding text, music, or voiceovers. The rights are worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable.

This Agreement begins upon consent and remains in effect in perpetuity with respect to all content submitted and approved. Even if the collaboration ends, Fashioness retains perpetual rights to use approved content.
